Returns

All ponytails are NON REFUNDABLE once purchased due to hygiene reasons.

Returns are only available if you receive your ponytail and it is not the correct colour. You may exchange it for a different colour as long as both security stickers have NOT been tampered with. If exchanging all postage costs must be paid for by the buyer.

If the security tags have been tampered with there will be no exchange given if the colour isn't right for you.

If there is any faults with the ponytail you MUST let BOUNCE know in the first two days of receiving it, please do not wear the pony if there is any problems with it as once you have worn it, we can not replace the faulty pony.

You have 7 days from when you receive to return the item if you need to exchange for another colour. After this time, the ponytail is yours to keep and will be nonexchangeable.
